Description

Each basket begins in community, women sitting together to weave, earning income that strengthens their families and independence. Every finished piece carries both their skill and their story.

Handwoven in Uganda by women artisans using age-old coiling techniques, these baskets blend heritage with calm, natural design. The soft cream and warm raffia tones create a gentle rhythm: simple, earthy, and endlessly versatile.

Made from locally gathered raffia and banana fiber, twisted and sun-dried before weaving, each piece holds subtle variations in color and shape, small signatures of the hands that made them.
