The Collective Return Policy
Most sales are final. Because The SoFe Collective offers a small, curated selection of handmade and limited-quantity items, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
We will always make it right if:
You received the wrong product
The item is defective
The item materially differs from the product description
If any of the above applies, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will assist you.
How to request help
Email thecollective@sofetravel.com with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
Replacements, similar items, or refunds
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in very small batches.
If we have the same item in stock, we will offer a replacement.
If not, we may offer a similar item as a substitute.
If neither is available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping costs
If the issue is our mistake (wrong item sent or product description was inaccurate), we cover any return or replacement shipping.
For all other cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Important notes
Handmade items may include slight variations in color, pattern, or size. These natural variations are part of the craft and are not considered defects.
We cannot accept returns for normal wear, accidental damage after delivery, or changes of mind.
Keep original packaging until you have inspected your order.
