Due to the unpredictability of the ongoing global impact of COVID-19 and the likelihood of international borders remaining closed, SoFe Travel has suspended all tours until August 30, 2020.
Here are our assurances for all new and existing bookings:
- For all bookings, we’re dropping our trip transfer fee and reducing notice we ask for before your departure for you to make changes, down from 90 days to 45 days. This means you can change your trip, for any reason, up to 45 days before your scheduled departure date. No hassle, no questions asked and no charge. If you choose to amend your booking, you can select any new destination or departure date. *Applies to all trips except Antarctica.
- We follow The Bureau of Consular Affairs website for travel warnings and advisories, as we are based in the USA. If a specific destination is marked as a level 4 ‘do not travel’ or a level 3 ‘reconsider travel’ to a destination due to COVID-19, we will postpone or amend itineraries in accordance with this advice. If your Meetup Tour dates or itinerary must change, one of our team members will contact you directly. If we need to postpone your Meetup Tour, we’ll be in touch no less than 30 days before your departure date, although we always try to give you as much notice as possible.
- You will get the amazing experience on one of our Meetup Tours that you have paid for. You will get to travel on dates that you choose and have full flexibility to move your spot to other countries as well. Once you’re ready and/or the COVID-19 pandemic allows for more clarity, you’ll have complete flexibility over how you transfer your booking – the freedom to move your balance to any Meetup Tour, on any future travel date.
